My wife and I built our first ever home in Heritage Ranch with Highland Homes as our builder. We could not have been more satisfied and impressed with the level of care and professionalism of every individual we worked with throughout the entire multi-month process.Our Sales Counselor, Brittany Kennedy, who was our first contact during the process immediately gave us confidence and peace of mind in our decision- both in choosing Highland Homes as our builder and Heritage Ranch as our location. As first-time home buyers (especially when building) theres a lot you just dont know, and Brittany generously and patiently educated us on anything and everything that allowed my wife and I to make the best decision for our wants and needs. If you want the best care and 5-star assistance, just ask for Brittany.We have been living in our house for a little over 3 weeks now (first homeowners in the community!) and are so incredibly happy with our decision in choosing Highland Homes. The quality, attention-to-detail and the people they employ are all 5-star, top notch. Even after closing and moving into our new house, they check in on us and have even taken care of a few things for us in the house when they didnt have to.My wife and I are so excited to see the continued growth and development of this master-planned community over the coming months and years. We love to be outside and active so the pickleball courts, pool and walking trails will be very welcomed!A huge thank you to our amazing Construction Manager, Austin Ricketts, who has one of the fiercest work ethics and care for his craft that is so rare to find these days.
