My parents, who are not fluent in English, recently bought a house here. Chris (sales) and Austin (construction manager) were both absolutely wonderful to work with. They made my role as a translator much easier! They are not only extremely kind, but also always provided all the answers I needed very quickly. I previously purchased a new construction home with another builder in Plano, and my experience was completely different... Austins new home orientation was sooo thorough that I learned about things I could do at my own house! Thank you!! 😄

The community is in the beginning stages. There are plans to grow over time. If all the planned stages go as the developer wants, this will be a fabulous neighborhood.
