    I recently visited Higon Crossing by Rausch Coleman and had a great experience. I met Adam, who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The model home was well designed and did a great job showcasing what Rausch Coleman has to offer. Overall, it was a great visit, and I left with a good impression of the community, the builder and the homes!

    My first stop was here at Higdon Crossing. Ill be honest I did go look at other builders, but i came back Higdon Crossing. I was very impressed with the floor plans they have to offer. It was a tuff decision on what floor to pick. Not only that, my sales representative whom is Adam, was so helpful and very knowledgeable of my questions. I highly recommend them.
