From beginning to end Janet has been amazing to myself and my family. Soon as we walked in to the model home she greeted us with the warmest welcome and was very helpful. We were indecisive on which floor plan to choose from and without any hesitation she showed us every single home she had available. As we are getting closer to close on our home she keeps us updated along with Andrew, any questions we have had she’s been there to answer them even after her working hours, she’s been great! This is a great team to work with, I would 10 out of 10 recommend Janet and castle rock over and over again!

We visited Castle Rock at Hickory Ridge and were warmly welcomed by Janet, who took the time to understand our situation and provide us with valuable resources and options to help us sell our current home and build our new one.Janet was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing a floor plan and lot. Andrew, the construction manager, was also very professional and knowledgeable about the homes.Outside of the exceptional customer service we received from Janet and Andrew, Castle Rock Communities offers truly beautiful homes. The floor plans are great, and there are so many ways you can customize your new home. I personally think Castle Rock at Hickory Ridge has some of the best lots in the neighborhood, providing a suburban neighborhood feel rather than a straight street grid.I highly recommend visiting Janet before considering other neighborhoods or builders!

Moving from Las Vegas to the greater San Antonio area has been stressful. When my wife and I decided to build a house with Castle Rock, we were a little concerned since we would not be in the local area to check on the status. Janet made sure we got weekly updates, pictures, and worked around our schedule to have meetings on everything that was going on.There have been challenges, and Im not going to pretend that everything has gone exactly as I expected, but nothing in life works that way. I think it says a lot about a company when you run into issues on how they handle it. Janet and Andrew both ensured that we were taken care of at the end of the day and you cant ask for more.We close next week on the house, and we look forward to moving in and settling down. Im sure there will be some growing pains, but im giving Janet and Andrew a 5 star rating because even through all the challenges they take care of buisness and thats all you can ask for when you are going through with a purchase like building/buying a new home.

Im so happy with my new CastleRock home in the Hickory Ridge Community. Its been a seamless process, from choosing the floor plan and lot to selecting the colors and upgrades! Janet has been an amazing Sales Consultant. She is responsive to my calls and texts and she keeps me updated on each step in the build process. I feel welcome to stop by anytime for a walkthrough with Janet to see how things are progressing. Mike, the construction manager, has been knowledgeable and on top of things. He has kept me informed with weekly updates including pictures of the progress. If any change pops up, he resolves it quickly and efficiently. The quality and craftsmanship has been top notch. I highly recommend CastleRock as your new home builder.

I was hesitant on buying a home from the second place I saw but when we had our first meeting with Janet the sales consultant I felt more at home and at ease, especially in a stressful time with looking at purchasing our first home; we didn’t feel pressured. Once we were committed, Janet made everything extremely accommodating for my husband and I. I was out of town for a majority of the process with my husband working long hours and not being able to use his phone. Janet made sure that everything was above standard in every step. She makes us truly feel like we are at home 🏠.Andrew the Construction manager was amazing. Extremely helpful and informative. He explains everything and makes sure that his employees work is perfect. When we went through the blue tape walkthrough he was marking things we didn’t even see.This overall process was utterly easy honestly with both of these two individuals. 100% would recommend!

Beautiful homes and quality work. We had a 3rd party inspection done and he told us the quality is really great. I really love their floor plans it is hard to find this look in this price range. You can also tell the team cares about their work and customers. Janet maintains her professionalism at all times and is always responsive even on her days off. She’s always willing to talk through things and answer any questions we have. Andrew the construction manager is also very responsive and helpful. He is always quick to answer questions or take care of things for us. I definitely recommend Castlerock!

Great community and sales rep on site is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about homes and the whole house buying experience.Only issue right now is since it is a brand new community it is not on any maps yet and so specific addresses are hard to find.
