A terrific building crew and realtor. They were honest in their dealings with me as a first time home buyer, and I am happy with their warranty service being ready to help me with questions I’ve had about my home. They have kept in contact with me and have been inquisitive about how my first home experience has been and if they can do anything to help.

I am a Texas Realtor, 18 years and love my job. I have helped many buyers and sellers through the years. I recently helped the most wonderful lady buy the most perfect townhome with CB Jeni at Heritage Village. She is so very happy with her decision. From a Realtors prospective, I had a fabulous experience from beginning to end. All of my emails, vms and text messages were returned in a timely manner. I would love to sell another one of these townhomes !

We purchased a new home after looking at several other places in the area and it was a pleasure working with the Sales manager Barbara, she was very transparent no pressure sales tactics and wish there were more people like her in the industry.
