January 2024, My buyer purchased a DR Horton Home in Harvest Green. The process was seamless and smooth from beginning to end. As a Realtor, I encounter many Sales Counselors, and John Mohabbat was very attentive in responding to my emails, texts etc. if I had any questions for my client. He was also well-informed about the floorplan, the builder, and Harvest Green, which was a pleasant surprise. Not all sales counselors are familiar with the areas in which they sell. The closing is also conveniently in Richmond, TX as well, which was also an added plus, since its only minutes from my buyers new home!
