We decided to move to our farm and had Harris and Morris Construction build our new home. Our experience with this project was nothing but positive. Jonathan and Heath do an excellent job of preparing you for what is next which gives you plenty of time to work with their vendors regarding personal choices for decisions every homeowner needs to make. We were very impressed with the framing crew, electrician, cabinet designer and the painters. We had preplanning walk throughs with them on items we wanted or decided to change and also valued their recommendations. We highly recommend Harris and Morris for any new construction or remodel job. They build a quality home and are very professional, but most of all they made us feel like we were their only client with how attentive they were to our questions and needs. We really appreciated that as it built a very positive relationship and trust.

We recently moved into our new home built by Harris & Morris Construction and wanted to pass on our appreciation to both Jonathan and Heath for a fantastic job. Reflecting back on the entire experience there were three main areas that they really excelled in. First, the quality of the home more than met our expectations. The custom cabinetry, finish trim work and flooring options all turned out great. They also excelled at allowing us to truly customize our home. With each decision they would offer multiple options, costs and their opinion but we were able to select where we wanted to put the extra money in upgrades. We really felt we were in control which is what you want when you build a custom home. Finally, what we really appreciated the most was the cost transparency and how we completely trusted them to handle the day to day oversight of the construction. They communicated frequently and provided updates on what was occurring next in the process with weekly pictures of the progress.
