I had previously looked at this community and I wasnt completely sold on it. After talking with Janet Fabian the Sale Consultant. She showed me the perfect house for my family. She listened to all my needs and took the time to get to know me. I put the deposit down the sameday because of her ability to meet our needs. Janet was great the entire process. She explained things well and was patient with us as we are first time homebuyers. She provided updates on the house every weekend with photos. The home is absolutely beautiful.

Janet and I met before Covid when my husband and I decided to find a new home. Janet was so helpful throughout the entire process! It took over 2 years to wait through Covid and supply chain issues throughout the world, but our home saw only little delays that are to be expected once the building process started. We now sit in a beautiful home we love. This result, after a long Covid process, took patience, communication and teamwork. Team CastleRock for the win! While I don’t plan on building another home, I would come back to CastleRock for it. No doubt.

So the neighborhood is good its quiet its not on the main highway so you dont have to listen to traffic all the time. The only downside is the children that live in this neighborhood need somewhere to play. The developers need to build a playground or an amenity center so they have somewhere to play.
