I recently had the pleasure of working with Isaac, a home builder representative, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of service throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Isaac was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the home-building process, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in every decision.What stood out most was Isaac’s dedication to ensuring my vision came to life. He was always available, whether it was for meetings, calls, or just checking in to provide updates. The company’s realtor that did business with us and my realtor is named Isabel. She was very nice and sweet, she was very helpful, polite, and wasn’t a pressing seller. She had an idea of what we were looking for and knew exactly what inventory to take us to. There is a time to chat and a time to sit down to discuss business, which she handle both very professionally. Since we purchased our home, I know my realtor and Isabel have kept communicating with each other, which has turn out to be very successful because after a few referrals they have been able to close multiple deals! Isabel still till this day reaches out to my wife and I! I highly recommend her because to her you’re not just another customer, you become a friend because it’s not easy making a very expensive life decision/purchase, but when you’re surrounded by the support we found with my realtor and Isabel, those decisions are made so much more comfortable!
