Purchased an investment property 4 plex from Guzman Construction I went in blind but I was very thankful for the team guiding me and pointing me in the right direction, the communication was great all my questions were answered and explained to me. I received updates during the whole process and I work a full time job, Guzman Construction was able to accommodate my busy schedule as well. This company also participated in and won 1st place in the gallery of homes for best built home. Several builders competed and were judged by 3rd party inspectors! So many homes are beautiful I have peace at mind knowing that my investment was built with quality !

Guzman construction customer service Is probably one of the best I’ve dealt with. While building we ran into situations like any typical project and they always found a solution. Ben Garcia, their salesman became not only our go to man, but our solution guy in every situation. Our building experience was longer than we expected but reassurance from their team was never lacking. We love our home and wouldn’t change anything about it.

I got my dream home built by Guzman Construction. Amazing people and outstanding customer service. The president of the company, Victor Guzman, called me personally congratulating me and was available for assistance at any time. Joe Michael the project manager was very helpful and took care of everything and Ben was extremely attentive and took care of last minute details. My plants froze and he is getting them replaced. 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

Guzman construction was very professional and transparent throughout the process of building my home. From the beginning in dealing with Ben to continuously dealing with the office staff and project manager, everything was communicated.I would certainly recommend them to use and I would certainly use them again.Overall, great home builder.

We were looking to build our first house and a friend recommended Guzman Construction, at the beginning with had a lot questions and didn’t understand much of the process but Ben James the sale person at that time was very kind and patient with us, and he guided us very well. Also when we ran into minors disagreement down the road, the president of the company Victor was there to helps out. We are very grateful with the whole company including Michael the project management that also had to be very patient with us, especially me cause I was in top of every detail and sometimes went a little over board.At the end of the day we are very please with the house and also by knowing that Guzman construction not only build us a great house but that they are walking with us down the way and anything that we need about the house, we know that we can count on them.
