Kim and Blake have been fantastic from start to finish. They build a quality home, worked with us on any concerns, and overcame obstacles along the way. My biggest fear with building a custom home was getting nickeled and dimed for changes after the contract was signed. They treated us fairly and worked with us on all changes and delivered a beautiful and well constructed home!!! I have been in real estate for 15 years and so glad we chose them to build our forever home!!! Look at a Greatwood Custom Homes closet vs. a competitor and you will see the difference in detail. They nailed it across the board and can’t wait to raise our son in this beautiful home!
