Hired them to add a door from our master bedroom to our back yard. They did a fabulous job!! 2.5 days from demo to completion. Throughout the project Nathan, Ray, & Gabe were very professional & courteous. They truly went above & beyond. I’ve never had a contractor treat my home with such care & respect, they really did treat like it was their own. They kept it clean & tidy throughout & after the door was installed they even cleaned the pool deck around the door to make sure it looked pristine. We are so happy with our door. I’ll be calling Great Measures for all of our projects & repairs in the future. I highly, highly, recommend hiring Great Measures Remodeling & Repair for any home projects big or small, you’ll be glad you did!

7 days agoI researched contractors and finally went with Greatest Measures. In only 2 months they were able to add a full size bathroom, created a bedroom with a hidden bookshelf door, new kitchen countertops, screened in a large breezeway, painted the entire interior of the house, ran electricity to my shed, installed a new door to my bathroom, and last but not least fixed my jacuzzi tub. I am a teacher, so for some of the project the kids and I were home and you couldnt ask for a more professional crew (Ray, Nate, Gabe, and Robert), really they became apart of our family. When I had to go back to school I had no question that they could be trusted. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small their project is. We will truly miss having them around. They are a one of a kind team, that does AMAZING work.

Great Measures was wonderful to work with. We had numerous items replaced, repaired, constructed and painted. We couldnt be happier with the overall customer experience and craftsmanship. They maintained clean working conditions and were very courteous. Our dogs loved to see them each day also! We highly recommend their services and will be using them again for future projects.List of renovations:- Replaced two exterior doors, knobs, locks and then painted- Removed an exterior door, constructed interior wall, sheetrock and paint and laid brick on the exterior side.- Removed a sliding glass door, installed a custom size oversize window, sheetrock and paint on the interior and laid brick on the exterior side.- Replaced base boards- Relocated light switches to more functional location- Removed unwanted speaker and electrical outlets, filled and painted for a finished clean look- Additional interior painting- Pressure washed exterior, touched up caulking- Painted exterior trim, fascias, eaves, shutters and covered patio ceiling

Im updating my review because this is the second time Ive used Great Measures. This time they repaired my patio and painted the exterior of my house. Ray, Nathan and the crew did a great job. They are professional, timely and easy to work with. Its a No Pressure team. They picked up everything when they were done. If it werent for the paint on the house, you would never know they were here. I highly recommend Great Measures.I used Great Measures to replace the entire drywall in my garage after pipes burst during the freeze. Nathan was quick to respond to my questions. Workers were on time, kept me updated of progress, were very professional and cleaned everything before leaving.

Great Measures recently completed a massive upstairs renovation and remodel for us and we cannot speak highly enough to the quality of their work or their integrity as a company. Ray, Nathan and the rest of the crew showed up each day at the same time and worked nonstop. Everyone knows it’s not ideal to have a house full of contractors for weeks on end, but these guys were a joy to have around and did their best to make sure there was very little disruption to our normal every day lives. They are kind and trustworthy, and they stand by their work. They cleaned up after themselves each day and left all of their tools organized and even swept off the plastic they had put on the stairs to protect it. When I say they can do everything- trust me- they did just about everything for us on this project. From converting a walk-in attic to a custom bedroom with built in cabinets/desk and skylights, to expanding out into attic space to fully remodel a bathroom with a walk-in shower to creating a new attic behind a bedroom with a “hidden” door that looks just like a bookshelf- they did all of it! Plumbing, electrical, painting, carpet, cabinet building- it was all them and none of it was outsourced to a different person. We knew who would be at our house each day and that was so nice! There was zero uncertainty about who would be there and when- they were beyond consistent. And the communication was truly outstanding! We received an email each night from Nathan with the progress that had been made for the day as well as what to expect the next day. Companies like Great Measures are a dying breed and if you have *any* home improvement project I would highly recommend you call them and give them a chance to take it on. Literally cannot speak highly enough about this entire team!

Ray and Nathan from Great Measures Remodeling and Repair installed two pendant lights over our kitchen island, repaired portions of the kitchen ceiling and installed backsplash tiles in our kitchen. They did a great job matching the texture of the repaired sections to the existing ceiling texture.In addition, after experiencing a water pipe burst (arctic freeze), they replaced all of the water damaged drywall covering the garage ceiling and repaired sections of the drywall located in our garage that were removed in order to verify that water remediation steps that had been performed immediately after the pipe had burst had in fact killed any mold growth that might have occurred After repairing the drywall they blew insulation into the attic of the garage.Both Ray and Nathan were great to work with, they addressed any questions that we might have had and worked with us throughout the entire process to ensure that we were happy with the placement of lights, the texture of the ceiling and made suggestions on ways to improve the overall appearance of the items installed.They were punctual and very professional throughout the entire process. They did a good job of cleaning up after they had finished for the day and at the conclusion of the project.We highly recommend using Great Measures Remodeling and Repair and plan to use them for an additional project in the near future. They provide a quality product at very competitive rates.

Hire these guys today! You wont be disappointed! Ray and Nathan are amazing craftsmen, highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. The project came in on budget and ON TIME - they showed up every day when they said they would, took exactly the amount of time they said it would and the total cost was exactly what they estimated. And their work is immaculate! They respect the workspace - cleaning up every night, never leaving a mess - which makes the projects feel seamless in your home. We never felt like our world was upside down living in a construction zone! These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend and will hire them again.

Nathan and Ray are amazing to work with. They made our wish come true by connecting the stairway from the bonus room over the garage to the Family room downstairs. This addition put a nice character to the house. They made a very difficult remodeling made look easy.Ray is passionate a multi skill craftsman. Nick is a very dedicated Craftsman. He even put a Morris and Tennon joint between the old and new handrail extension. The did a great job painting the family room with lots of Crown Moldings and trims.Ray installed Marble Tiles on one of the bathroom. This was a very tedious job as the natural marbles are small and fragile.Jose was very friendly and a great motivator. He ensured that the jobsite was clean before leaving each evening.These are the best knowledgeable and friendly crew we have in our house for any work. I really wish them good future with their remodeling company.

I used Great Measures to have the swing on interior closet doors reversed. Ray showed up on time and was extremely careful to not damage any of the door trim. When he finished it looked brand new. I highly recommend these guys for home projects.

We had them install a new front door. Unfortunately the door was shipped incorrectly ( opens wrong way) and they had to reinstall the old door. They were very good at what they do. When we get the correct door they will be installing it. Also looking at some bathroom remodling.I highly recommend Great Measures. Will be doing more with them.
