I came by one day to just take a look at the homes at Granger Pines and two months later I now have closed on a home I wasnt really expecting to love. My experience working with everyone was seamless, and I sincerely appreciate everyone I did work with throughout.Amy was my sales manager and she communicated promptly and answered all of my questions from the beginning. She also met me at closing since she knew she wouldnt be present in the neighborhood after I closed and brought my keys and everything to me, saving me from waiting until she returned to the neighborhood hours later. I also worked with Sean during the walkthrough process and I feel like he had my interests at heart and showed that through his actions. I had some wild questions and request throughout, and I felt confident everything was done at the end they really did want the home to be at its best before I moved in.The neighborhood itself is lovely. I personally like the Legend Homes area best - there is more space in the yards and between the houses and doesnt feel like Im on top of my neighbors. While this area is a little further our from where I work in The Woodlands, I can see where the growth is starting to happen in terms of commercial spaces along 242. In the mean time, I dont mind the drive to the shops because Im very happy with the neighborhood.
