We are about to take delivery of a Grand Home in Fate but I wanted to call out the sales team at the Wellspring Estates location as their model home is the one we selected to build. We must have come to Wellspring like 5 times in order to look at various dimensions and design choices. They were so patient with us and even helped us with a key choice to flip the island and layout of the kitchen. They also allowed us to walk a couple of unfinished homes in their neighborhood. All of us this really added to the home building experience. Thank you!

The company is amazing! We closed our house in a month and everyone was very supportive in the process and helpful. Sean Kelly the builder/manager deserves an extra bonus pay check because he is so down to earth and patient to help the buyer. He was very knowledgeable in the entire build of the home and also was super professional in every step of the way for us which means a lot for a home buyer especially because we are out of state! He was meticulous in details and ensured he provided everything for us. Cayla helped us choose and was responsive in every step of the way! Richard the warranty person was also thorough in his analysis and did an amazing walkthrough. Overall grand homes provided us with a custom beautiful home for our family! I definitely recommend this builder to anyone!

Amazing homes and builder. Sales reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Homes are open floor plans. Built to be quiet and energy efficient. Award winning designers with a well thought out layout and floor plans.
