This is my first time of posting a review but I think this experience it worth that. I had the pleasure of working with Kate at Grand Homes South Pointe and can confidently say she is an outstanding person. From the moment we met her, Kate was extremely personable and attentive to our familys needs.Throughout the entire home building process, including finding a plan that will fit our family’s need, Kate provided us with excellent communication and made sure we were well-informed about each step. She took the time to listen to our preferences and offered helpful advice when needed. It was clear that Kate had a deep understanding of Grand homes building process which helped us make informed decisions.What impressed me most about Kate was her level of expertise and dedication to her clients. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and made us feel like we were her top priority. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.Overall, I would highly recommend Grand homes and Kate to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and personable home builders. She made the home buying process a stress-free and enjoyable experience for our family. Grand homes is very fortunate for have this gem.

I never leave reviews but my experience certainly warranted positive feedback. This community is in an incredible location with amazing schools and incredible amenities.I’m had the pleasure of meeting with sales rep, Kate. She was knowledgeable about not only the floorplans, but the quality of the construction, to the energy efficiency of the homes. This really helped in my decision making process. I can’t recommend them enough.

Grand Homes builds a good home the sales staff are what made the difference for me. Torey was absolutely amazing she was concerned with my family’s needs not just selling a home.

Despite the pandemic the staff is attentive and polite, that being said. Im not impressed with the lot sizes compared with the size and grandeur of the home. A bit too close to your neighbors but once inside your immersed in opulence. A few floorplans are my personal favorites but they have plenty to select from, so narrow them down accordingly. South Pointe is conveniently located between 287 and 360 but the road noise is negligible. Sidewalks and pathways are sizable while the schools are newly added

Other than the price of the homes going up $200k since October 2020, the home is beautiful and the finance officer Mr. Gil was awesome.
