I will be completely honest. Ive loved Grand Homes my entire life. They really have the Wow factor down packed. They truly check all my boxes. Modern, clean lines, with open floor plans. My visit to the McKinney subdivision was no different. Grand homes has a unique way of being the same and very different at the same time. Traditional looking home from the outside, however once one opens the door, your eyes will be amazed at the design and creativity.Job well done Grand Homes.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Debra Hamilton Reed at Grand Homes in McKinney, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to ensure my family and I were happy. Debra was great at explaining everything in detail, making sure we understood each step. She was also very responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend working with Debra if you’re considering a home with Grand Homes.

Loved all of it. Amazing experience with Grand. Deborah is awesome and like family helping in all aspects starting from selecting the lot all the way through design appointments.But just make sure you revisit the plans 100 times coz the builder wont care about small details you might be missing. So before you finalize the designs, make sure you cover every inch of the house.
