Beautiful Grand Homes model, of course. The homes are as well beautiful, most importantly they are built with quality. As a realtor I walk many homes and some stick out for the wrong reasons like the lack of quality but this one was just the opposite. Many builders I would not recommend but Grand Homes is definitely on my recommendation list.

I dont often give reviews but when I do its for a JOB WELL DONE! As a real estate broker, I enjoy working with other peers in the industry who are professional, courteous and know their product. Julian Vasquez exemplifies the type of character that promotes the type of vibes that lead to an overall positive experience for not only myself but most importantly my clients. In this hustle bustle real estate atmosphere that were in, its refreshing to come across a salesman like Julian and its easy to see that hes an asset to Grand Homes. My clients and I were impressed enough that you needed to know about it! Keep up the great work sir.

My buyers had a great experience with their home purchase and all their upgrades. Home was built and closed on time. Buyers were very happy. Their sales consultant was Julian at Grand Heritage. He was very professional, communicative, and patient with answering all my Buyer’s questions. Would highly recommend him.

A very big and beautiful trail with pond and Creek, sometime it gets little crowded, not very easy for social distancing, keeping a mask on is the best!
