Grand Homes have been offering excellent floor plans and exceptional service for more than 10 years for my clients! I truly love it when I have then opportunity to work with them in Frisco Hills. As a Realtor for more than 20 years, I know that they will always work hard to make my clients happy and provide the elite products necessary to make the home buying experience luxurious.

Great community, best Frisco Schools, Grand homes definitely has it’s place in the list of semi-custom luxury home builders. Torey, the sales rep at the model, went above and beyond to answer all my questions, was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about all their locations. Definitely the girl to consider for the next raise or promotion! Their homes are by no means on the affordable range but at least their contracts aren’t as terrible as of some other cheap builders’.

Jennifer Opra was extremely helpful, responsive, has great communication. Answered all questions and concerns and was super patient with us. Honestly it’s been a pleasure to work with her, She went above and beyond. Definitely would put more stars if I was able to, She is more than just a builder rep.
