    I was just cleared to Close on my first home! Buying through CastleRock has been amazing! Jasmine was kind and professional the whole time. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me options without pressure. She answered many questions from me and my realtor in a timely fashion. Jasmine also unlocked my (soon to be) house several times so I could go look more than once before Closing. I know with taxes being higher I will be paying a little more. However, after looking at several other builders before CastleRock, I believe the quality, location, and lake will be worth it. Plus, when I had an inspection done by an outside inspector, only minor things were found. Again, I think proving the quality of CastleRock homes. Im SO excited!! I hope my experience living in a CastleRock home continues to be amazing because I will definitely be recommending CastleRock and Jasmine to future buyers!

She has been prompt with each and every bit of information that made the experience one of a kind.     Jasmine has been very helpful throughout our home buying profess. Management was cooperative in fixing some minor errors during construction. Tevin has been very thorough on everything and made the initial and final walk through very smooth. We are excited to move into our new home.

    We purchased a move-in ready home from Castlerock at Goose Creek Landing. Noe Cisneros and his team were very helpful and professional when we initially went to view homes with our agent. He explained all of the amenities of the community and features of the homes. Once I selected a new home the process was simple. I went with their preferred lender to take advantage of excellent incentives offered by the builder. I was able to close on schedule. Noe and his team followed up with me throughout the process. I had access to inspect the home and have minor issues resolved before move-in. I highly recommend this company and their preferred lender. They got the job done in record time for us. We are very happy with our new home.

    My husband and I visited Castle Rock Home builder in Goose Creek Landing in Baytown, TX about 2 weeks ago on a whim. Since our rent payment was rising for our new lease we decided what we should start putting that money into a new home for our life investment. We found them listed on Google for new home builders in Baytown. After visiting one of their competitors we were please at the different home designs and layouts that were offered. We went there on a Sunday and Jasmine was the wonderful person that we ran into after one of her appointments. She had no problem accommodating us 15 minutes prior to closing. She was wonderful!! We went to look at a quick move single floor home and loved it. I then saw later that night that they had a 2 story as a quick move in. I texted her and asked if she could show it to me on that Monday. She was able to accommodate me and I was sold. I loved it!!! It was in a quaint coldasac that was across from the beautiful lake they have with fountains and a walk way, that goes all the way around it. From there she put me in touch with the lender that helped us secure our VA loan and a broker that helped us with more ways to save on the property. These guys really went above and beyond to get us to the closing table without having to renew our lease!! Yes, our mortgage is going to be more than our rent was but this house is ours!!! Our investment not someone elses!! We stepped out on faith and took a chance and achieved our dream since moving to Texas 6 years ago. We will be closing on the 24th!! Whoo Hoo!!Thank you to Jasmine at Castle Rock Homes for a quick transition and being the best at what you do!!     From the first day i walked into the castlerock office , i was just casually looking around . From that Moment Noe greeted me immidietly and told he had a home for me. Indeed he did ! He showed me the different options of homes he had , we looked at our options and he helped me throughtout the whole process guided me towards the loan officer and mortgage company.
