We cannot say enough good things about Good Company Construction! We hired Good Company to remodel a 1960s home for us in College Station. We wanted to maintain the spirit of the home while updating the style. After discussing the project with Good Company, we could tell they completely understood our goal.We live out of town, so we were unable to be at the home on a weekly basis. Weve had the opportunity to renovate a home before, and what made Good Company stand out on this project was their excellent communication throughout the project. Daniel updated us daily through photos, text, phone calls, and e-mails. The team at Good Company ensured that we knew everything that was going on.Not only was Good Companys communication excellent, they were quick to offer creative suggestions when our plans ran into minor hiccups along the way. They were also very accommodating when it came to sourcing the materials and fixtures for the renovation.We would definitely recommend Good Company to anyone looking to remodel their home.

We are very pleased with the renovation of our kitchen by the Good Company. The work was well done and in a timely fashion. They were very helpful to us as we made choices including countertops, backsplash and lighting. Everyone who worked in the kitchen was professional, and very knowledgeable. If we had a question, communicating with them was very easy. We would not hesitate to work with them again.

Design/build for a laundry room addition and kitchen remodel. Excellent communication up front as we tried to stay within a budget, worked with us where our ideas went a bit over. We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Good Company and it looks amazing! The owner, Daniel M. and his project manager Daniel L. were so timely and both had great communication skills. We have remodeled many homes and rooms, but this process was the easiest. The bids were clear and detailed, the subcontractors were terrific, and they even finished the project early. I am so impressed and will absolutely use Good Company Construction again in the future.

Mathew was present daily on the job site to make sure all the details were taken care of. He was always professional, patient, & helpful with any concerns I had. Colton oversaw the entire project and was key in finding solutions to the inevitable challenges that always arise in renovations. We live 3 hrs. away, so communication and trust were critical. With Good Company I felt confident, and trusted in their work because they had integrity, were great at communicating, transparent with pricing & timelines, and took pride in their work. I am so thankful to have found them for the renovation of our 100 yr. old historic home. They continue to support us even though the project is complete. Good Company has been so amazing to work with! They helped us recover from a flood last year, and turned the nightmare situation that destroyed half of the house into a beautiful remodel project for our guest bath, wood floors, trim, and new doors throughout. Our 30 year old house now looks like high-end new construction, and is exactly how i always wished it could be. TJ was a pleasure to work with on the design, he let me make the choices I wanted to make and he handled the rest. Matthew did great work in the house and Colton managed the project very capably. In addition to excellent workmanship and management, they were communicative throughout the process. They made it so easy on us that we are now embarking on a second project with them to redo our master suite! And the kitchen will be next. We cant recommend them highly enough.

Colton at Good Company was very easy to work with. They were efficient, went out of their way to order special tile that matched exactly to my 10 year old tile. They competed all projects on time, provided accurate estimates and project time line. All the people working for him were professional. The end results were amazing. I had one area that need to be redone but he responded immediately and it was fixed very quickly.

I needed some demo work done on the exterior of my house to fix a water leak and replace the damaged siding. Colton came out and gave me a very fair estimate. His guys came out and did the demo and replace all in one day. Great quality work done in a timely manner and I would recommend Good Company to anyone in the B/CS area.

My wife and I used Good Company Construction on a MAJOR remodel of our house including a complete gutting of the kitchen, complete new flooring throughout the house, painting throughout, raising the sunken living room floor, new baseboards and trim, a new (and relocated) island in the kitchen, quartz countertops, installing new ceiling beams in the living room, and building custom cabinets in kitchen and living room. Im sure Im leaving some things out.I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work. Colton Cook, the owner of the company, and Mathew Kruse, the site supervisor, not only did an outstanding job but were also great to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the work done. I should also add that they not only did quality work, but they are quality people as well. We are VERY happy with the end product.They next time we need anything done on the house (though I do hope its a while) we will call Good Company first.
