My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Golden Drafting recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their work. Erics attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into precise drawings is truly remarkable. He was extremely easy to work with and his responsiveness and efficiency made the entire process seamless. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable Eric was about the entire building process. During our collaboration, Eric demonstrated a deep understanding of the construction process and was able to offer invaluable suggestions and advice that helped streamline our house plans. His expertise was not limited to just drafting, but extended to all aspects of building design and construction. I appreciated how Eric took the time to educate us on different design options and materials, and helped us make informed decisions that ultimately resulted in a better end plan. Mark and Eric have both been a pleasure to work with on multiple sets of drawings. They are very experienced, professional, and have an incredible turn-around time. They bring years of experience to help you create the perfect set of plans for your build, they have great ideas that they will incorporate into your drawings. I have worked with multiple drafting firms throughout the years and they have been the fastest and most hassle free by far.

Eric helped bring our dream home to life. The plans he drew up were exactly what we wanted while keeping it to our desired square footage.He has immense knowledge about how the flow of a home should be and gave us great direction and insight on how to achieve our goals for the home. He was always quick to make an adjustment to the plans and was always easy to get a hold of. We truly couldnt have done it without him.
