My wife and i are excited about buying a house with Gehan at Larkspur. We toured the community and it is amazing! I hope we lock in the house we want. The staff was awesome! I highly recommend this community. the pool area is sooo nice so kudos to the designers.

I absolutely love the Larkspur Community. My husband and I are very happy with Gehan Homes and fell in love with their model homes. Great community that is growing tremendously. Can’t wait to see the development of the Welcome Center and other amenities.

Michael Tropp and the Gehan team (Fred, Jered) were outstanding! They exceeded every expectation that I had in buying and moving into my Gehan home in Larkspur.Michael was always available. He was prompt, courteous, and put me at ease during the process which can typically include a lot of stress and moving parts.Fred and Jered were patient and diligent with me in order to get my house up to standard. The quality and craftsmanship of the build is of very high quality.I would recommend Gehan homes for anyone desiring beautiful and exceptional craftsmanship, while also providing an amazing and extraordinarily competent sales team.
