Greg recently completed a remodel of our 1950’s home. The house was almost a complete tear down but Greg was able to save us time and money where possible. His integrity, communication, and work ethic is very impressive. Greg offered many suggestions along the process that turned out to be the right decision and saved money. I am the pastor of a church and I have personally recommended Flenn Custom Homes to anyone looking to remodel, build a custom home, or an addition. I have worked with Greg two times in the past 15 years on remodel projects on my home. He was patient during the planning and budgeting process. He always answered calls, text or emails promptly and guided us through the project without any problems or frustrations. He and his crew were respectful of us, our home and even our pets.Even though we were out of town for most of our last remodel, he finished on time and on budget. I would recommend Flenn Custom Homes to anyone looking for a builder they can trust with the home if their dreams.

We have been so pleased with the beautiful job Gregs crew has done. We have enjoyed our home being with family and friends in a comfortable environment. I especially have enjoyed my lovely, perfect and functional kitchen.I would also like to add: we have only ever done small remodeling jobs on our homes never a complete remodel and design. I was NOT looking forward to this project in any way!Greg Flenniken was such a huge help with his encouragement keeping me on schedule even when I was at my worst. Greg is a man of integrity and moral character. Bringing that to the table combined with his years of experience completes a beautiful home that brings years of enjoyment to the home owner.

Flenn Custom Homes has remodeled two houses for me -- most recently a 2500 square foot home overlooking Lake Travis. Both times they did a great job, finished on time and within the budget.Greg is a perfectionist, and he takes personal responsibility for making sure the work is done to a high standard of quality. He was always available during the project if we had a question or request; and he promptly stopped by to discuss these with us. Greg also suggested several ways we could save money without sacrificing the features and design we wanted.Were delighted with our home and are planning to stay here a while; but if were ever looking to remodel or build a new house, well call Greg Flenniken.

Reading through the reviews I have to say I was surprised to read a negative response to how they were treated by Flynn Custom Homes (Greg). We all need to keep in mind our interactions go both ways and I can say through my experience I would put my money on Greg. We have owned several homes in several states and I have to say when we bought a new custom home from Greg in 2016, our experience was 5-Stars!!! Greg and his contracted crew is competent, honest, and an ethical builder! Just saying, great company!

Greg stands behind his work and cares about the customer. Flenn Homes had done the roofing job on our home for the prior homeowner shortly before we purchased the home in 2015. When we had a problem recently after some heavy rains, we called him to have him check the soundness of the roof. He did not hesitate to come out and help us. Ultimately, it was a fairly simple problem and he solved it quickly. We would recommend Flenn Homes.

He was very easy to work with, and he and the subs that he used were sensitive to our needs and requests all along. Greg was great to work with! I appreciated that he was dedicated to making sure I was happy with the project. He also was conscientious about prices and ensured that I was getting the best quality products for my money. I was especially pleased how quickly he resonded to texts and emails! Thats key when youre working on complicated details.

We were in a bind and needed someone asap to repair a water faucet after the winter storm. Greg was very helpful and came out the next day and repaired it. Quick, courteous and professional. Would recommend.
