I love my Fleetwood Home! I bought one of the Villager models from Palm Harbor. It’s very nice and has a great layout. Everyone is very complimentary that walks in it. My home sustained a tornado that came right over the top of it on March 2, 2023. I have cosmetic damage on the back from the hail that hit it, but it will be replaced. It’s a sturdy home and was set well. I also bought additional gravel along with the dirt from Texas Sand and Gravel for placement of the home. I have only had good experiences with Fleetwood and Rhonda has been very helpful when I call. I want to compliment Donny who came to finish the inside of my home. He went above and beyond to get the job completed. I know the weather has delayed people having their homes finished and Mark the manager has had been doing his best to complete people’s homes. Thank you to Fleetwood and I have recommend them to family and friends who are interested in a manufactured home.

Were.nice people, had good D dunk trucks. Treated me good! Could use a magnet truck to pick up all the nails on ground, tires arent cheap...
