Weve worked with Andy and Jackie of Flagship Custom Homes on two houses and theyre hands down the best ever. Their architect spent months getting our design just right, Jackie went to every design meeting to offer her advice and expertise to keep the design consistent and in budget, and Andy ran the construction side of things, coordinating with the subcontractors to make sure the quality was top-notch throughout. Even two years later, theyre always available to offer advice or assistance when we reach out. I cant recommend them highly enough and Ive made sure to let everyone I know who is considering building know that.

We are thankful to have chosen Flagship Custom Homes to build our home. The architectural process was personal with great attention to detail, and Jackie’s help with interior/exterior selections was the perfect combination of input based on our style and her experience with home building. As with any home building process, there were hiccups and bumps along with way, but we always knew that Andy was involved in each step while managing the completion and contractors. Honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction were always at the forefront when Flagship managed the inevitable issues that arise in building custom homes.

The true test of a company is how they handle situations when things go wrong, and don’t kid yourself, no matter what, some things will always go wrong when you are building a custom home. Do they run and hide or make excuses? Andy Brooks and his amazing team don’t hide. They fix the problem, no matter who caused it. Put your trust in him and his great team, and you will have a beautiful quality product that will not cause you problems down the road. Jackie can help you make design choices that are both elegant and timeless. You won’t want to renovate in 10 years to take out the trendy designs that are no longer the trend. We chose Flagship Custom Homes because of their down to earth spirit and beautiful homes we have seen them build. We had the most amazing experience from Bob, the architect, anticipating our needs that we didn’t even realized we wanted in the design process to Jackie holding our hands through the entire selection process. They let us be completely hands on in the process, which is something we specifically were looking for, and never made us feel like we were stepping on anyone’s toes. Our house turned out better than we could have envisioned it. They are quick to respond to texts/calls and are good about listening to your needs and delivering at a high level. Andy and Jackie really know how to raise the bar and build a beautiful custom home!

We just recently completed the final touches and moved into our new completely customized Flagship Custom Home and are in love!! We have enjoyed the building process with Andy and his crew of contractors. We absolutely love the way our home turned out!! If anyone is in the market to build a custom home, give Andy a call. Andy was great to work with as I was very involved in the building process. Working with Andy to sort out all of the details was a hard job made easy!! We talked almost every single day and stayed in communication with every stage from start to finish. I have been very impressed with Andy and the the entire building process. I have built other homes in the past and this home was more streamlined than all of the others. During the build, Katie kept us well informed with the budget and finance end of our home to keep us on track with our budget. Thanks again Flagship Custom Homes for giving us a new home to start creating new memories!!
