A great experience from beginning to end. We worked with Rusty and she was straightforward and honest with us at all times. We had a speed bump but it was worked out in a professional way and to our satisfaction. I only mention this to say that things happen and they worked it out. We have a great home! Well built and lovely. Any issues we had during the settling in phase were handled by first texas so fast and the process was so easy it was unbelievable. We will definitely be buying from frost Texas again and we recommend them to everybody looking for a home.

Things started out questionable, but since the beginning we have a clear understanding. Rusty has been a hoot to work with and Susanne is all smiles. I have been in this process for a while do to supply and demand issues, and a few labor issues. I am sure everyone who started where we did have been on the same roller-coaster. I will be so happy once we close but until then this is all I can give. I cant wait!!
