We have started the home building process with First America Homes and so far the experience has been wonderful. We met Alex while looking at homes and he is amazing. Hes always extremely responsive and has answered all my questions, which Ive had a lot. Hes gone above and beyond what we expected and were so grateful to have Alex in the process. We visited his location several times looking at floor plans and he walked us through the house buying process making it easier. If you get a chance to work with him, he stands out among all the sellers you will meet while shopping for your home.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with First America, and I’m beyond thrilled with my experience! My beautiful two-story house is now complete, and I’m on track to close by December 3rd. From the very beginning, the process has been smooth and enjoyable, largely thanks to Jennifer, the saleswoman who has been a fantastic guide throughout the journey.Jennifer’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and exciting. She was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. From the initial stages of design to the final touches, I felt confident and well-supported.I’m looking forward to officially moving in and having my two dogs enjoy my extremely large backyard with my oversized patio...much better than the prior house I lived in with a tiny yard, super small patio with stairs leading down and uncomfortable neighborhood atmosphere.I can’t recommend First America and Jennifer enough for anyone looking to find their dream home. The level of care and dedication they provide is exceptional!

First off I want to give a huge thanks to Alex for his exceptional dedication and hard work. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we secured the perfect lot for me and my family and got exactly the orientation we wanted for our home. His commitment to our needs made a significant difference, and were incredibly grateful for his support. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Alex. So from me and my family we are truly grateful also huge thanks to our realtor Jason that Alex hooked us up with for playing a role in this awesome experience.
