Bought our first home this month and Jeremy Atkins was the absolute best to work with. He was thorough with us and made sure to follow up diligently. He went above and beyond for us to get the best possible outcome for our closing. Would recommend to anyone in the home buying process. Our experience at Deer Pines has been pleasant and rewarding. We had been searching for a little more lot space in our next home purchase, most builders remove all the trees but here at deer pines the trees are not cut down only where the home is built. Maria was great showing us what homes where available. We decided to purchase a empty lot and build our next home to our desire.Thanks Maria for having patients during our selection process.Looking forward to seeing the project start to finish. If you are looking for quiet and a place that is peaceful for family and space to have all your toys on your property Deer Pines is your location.

Its coming along beautifully and the houses are so elegant ::; UPDATE THEY ARE NEARLY FINISHED AND ITS GREAT AND ALL BUT NOW WHERE WILL I PARK TO LOOK AT THE SKY 😭😭😭😭😭 I like to sit at the back culdasac on the right and whatch the sunset sometimes sunrise and look at the stars but soon I wont be able too..... Im hoping they will build a little park or something that has a great view of the sky..
