Beautiful homes in a well laid out gated community! I strongly recommend stopping in to see if these are a good fit for anyone looking to purchase a new construction home! They offer 5 different floor plans of two story homes with several included features & energy efficient too! Great prices, & options to pick from in regards to these beautiful homes & even preference in some design finishes too! A growing location near historic Houston, minutes from major highways, a short drive to the Houston hot spots, Pearland, Tx & not far from Galveston, Tx! Sales consultants Shelby & Loretta were extremely kind & helpful!

Loretta has been such an amazing Sales Counselor to work with at Coverdale! We feel so blessed to have met and closed this transaction with her! As a realtor it’s always such a blessing whenever we Collaborate with a Quality sales counselor That goes above and beyond!
