Went by Alicante and I was very please with Nate’s customer service and knowledge about certain questions/concerns I had as a first time home buyer. The Picasso was a my favorite and had an amazing feel. The only things I didn’t like is the faucet was black and the rest of the accents were gold in the kitchen, major turn off even as a model home. Also, how there isn’t a primary bedroom downstairs; sometimes not every homeowner wants to be on the same floor as the other bedrooms. We like space to rest and relax and yes even from our children/guest lol. Nevertheless I love flow the rest on of the home flows. Please make a floor plan with a primary bedroom down stairs.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet and visit with Wendy. The model home was beautiful and the community is well planned.
