We built a CastleRock home in the Fairwater Subdivision in Montgomery, TX. We worked with Christopher to pick our lot and our home plan. Chris went above and beyond when the plan we wanted to build wasn’t part of the available plans for the neighborhood. Everyone from the design center to our GC Kevin were awesome to work with. Whenever we had a question or concern it was answered and addressed. We have recommended friends and family to build in this community and will continue to do so. Our friends are starting their build next month. -

The homes are beautifully built, extremely customizable, and amazingly affordable. We are so grateful for Chris S. He has worked so hard to make the process positive, stress-free, and seamless. It doesnt matter when I contact him, he always responds right away. He is kind, helpful, and professional. He has gone above and beyond to help us with whatever we have needed during the process of purchasing our home. He even drove all the way to my daughters junior high to sign papers so she was able to attend the neighborhood school while our home was being built. Lisa is awesome! We were looking for the perfect new home for our family and we came across Castle Rock. We fell in love! The community is perfect and my kids can’t wait to use the splash pad and park! The house is constructed beautifully! My husband use to be in construction so he’s very particular and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. I recommend Castle Rock to anyone and everyone! -

Purchased a new home from Lisa & Chase! Sales process was easy. Lisa is wonderful!!! A little disappointed in the blue tape walk through and final. Most items weren’t complete and we are moving in with outstanding items. That’s the only suggestion I would make is to get these things fixed prior to transferring. Hopefully these things are fixed quickly. -

Lisa Pierre is an exceptional CastleRock Sales Consultant in Fairwater! She provides top notch customer service to buyers. Lisa is very responsive and helps buyers find the right floor plan. She works well with Realtors like my self. I trust Lisa will be able to help more of my clients find a CastleRock home. Fairwater offers a family friendly neighborhood with amenities such as a large shaded playground area, splash pad and pickleball court and picnic tables. This neighborhood also has sidewalks which can be hard to come by these days. -
