These guys are professionals and more importantly, they were fast. I needed some guys to come look at a foundation before I decided to purchase my home and everyone was either a month wait or shady. It is a blessing to know the Matyiko family. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. EHM of Texas lift my house from 3 feet, slid it back 14 feet and raised it to13 feet. The final elevation will be 10 feet. They made it look easy, they know their business. Not many people get to know the contractor who lifts their house. My wife Ana and I got to know ourss. We love them. Jacob Matyiko is the reason they are going on four generations strong. He is a man of his word, and gets it done. Awesome son. Like his dad Joe Matyiko. I know Joe is proud. Joe and his team replaced beams and piers on my family home in Galveston County. Joe and his team were very responsive to questions we had regarding the repairs and what to expect. His team showed up early to level and make adjustments to our home. We were also glad to find a contractor with a longer warranty as well. We recieved other bids for the job and they only had a 1 year warranty. Our doors are no longer sticking and we can now move forward with repairs to our sheetrock and install new carpet now that our home is level and supported properly. I would recommend Joe and his team for the job! -

Joe Matyiko and his crew did a phenomenal job at my site. Rolled a house 30 ft forward so I could install pilings, then raised the house 8ft and rolled it back onto the new foundation. His guys were polite and professional. They didnt cut corners and they made sure everything was done as safely as possible. Id definitely recommend their service and use them again. -

I dont know the woman who posted the review below, but I know who she is, and I can tell you first hand, what she said never happened, Joe would never do something like that, Ive worked beside him many times, along with his men, and I can say for a fact. she is lying. My husband and I were under contract on a home in Tiki Island, and during inspections we were notified of issues with the foundation beams running horizontally underneath. We were in a time crunch to receive a bid on repairs as part of our decision process as to whether to move forward and after explaining this to Joe, he came out the next day and gave us a very competitive bid for the repairs (we had other bids as well). We ended up closing on our home and the following week, Joe’s construction crew began work. Joe and his son, Jake, were fantastic to work with on all levels: we found additional work that needed to be done on another beam, and they made sure that was handled as well, and went the extra mile in making sure that we were happy with all of our decking, Sheetrock and siding that had to be put back together after the beam repairs. If you need a reputable, local company for these types of repairs, look no further! They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, for a fair price! -

I needed some foundation work and called several people for some quotes. However, after meeting Joe and talking with him, It was very clear he was very different from the rest of the companies I had spoken with. He laid out a plan and explained in detail what his process was all about. He takes an approach that is about the wellbeing of the whole structure and not just focused on fixing the only visible problems. He does not put a band aid over the problem. He and his crew are excellent and solution oriented. They did an outstanding job in leveling and repairing any and all issues that came up and my house stands safe and secure because of it! I highly recommend using him for any of your foundation issues , you will not regret this decision. I will not hesitate to call him for any future projects I have!!
