    Extreme line Construction satisfied customer!RJ (owner) and his team exceeded our expectations during the addition of approximately 500 square feet to our home, which included a new bedroom with a walk-in closet and attic access, a beautifully designed bathroom, and an extended media room. The quality of their work is solid—everything blends seamlessly with the rest of house, as if the additions were always there.RJ’s communication and professionalism stood out throughout the project. He is a great listener and addressed any concerns we had without hesitation. For example, when there were some issues with the vanity and a few minor imperfections, RJ and his team promptly fixed everything with great quality—even satisfying my wife’s very high standards and attention to detail. Their flexibility to accommodate our needs made the process smooth and stress-free.What impressed us even more, without the pressure to achieve, was that the project was completed ahead of schedule—8 weeks instead of the expected 12—and stayed exactly within the agreed-upon budget. This level of speed, quality and transparency was surprising to us (we had done other remodels with other contractors with tough experiences). Speaks to the team’s excellent planning and execution.We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The media room’s enhanced lighting and speaker setup is amazing, the bathroom is top-notch, and the bedroom layout—with its angles and spacious walk-in closet—is perfect for our needs. These additions have truly transformed our home, making it feel like a brand-new space and a new feel to our home.I highly recommend Extreme Line Construction for any home addition or remodeling project.     We worked with RJ and his crew at EXL between January and June 2023 on a 1500sqft addition to our home! We added on a large master suite and laundry room on the 1st level and two bedrooms, one bath, and a flex space on the 2nd level. And a covered 16x8 cedar deck integrated with the roofline!To sum things up, RJ and his crew were awesome to work with!!! Honest, fair, competent, great communication, great workmanship, etc!!! RJ keeps his word and we would definitely recommend EXL Construction!From the very beginning RJ was competent and had an excellent grasp of what we wanted and how to get it done. RJ was fair and flexible in all matters; small changes to plans here and there, fixing mistakes, being upfront and timely about delays or changes, and of course in project pricing/estimates.Communication with RJ was timely, thorough, and honest. He was always willing to hear our concerns or discuss any other project details, and in turn answer and address things in a timely manner.The construction timeline was quick and went smoothly. Framing was completed in just 2 weeks! Materials and quality of workmanship were top-notch. Also, RJs crew and any other subs he had to bring in were always very respectful and kept a tidy workspace.Integration with the existing home was seamless and RJ did a great job finding a brick supplier to get a great match.All in all, we were very pleased with the work done!

    I highly recommend this construction company for your expansions, and repairs on your home. They replaced all my rotted siding with concrete wood siding that is guaranteed not to rot; I think. Replaced the outer door frame of both my exterior doors, and primed and painted my garage door. We had them paint the garage door because I changed the color of the siding, fascia, awnings, etc. Even sub-contracted the gutter company and recommended the color for the gutters; the gutters come in a variety of colors and the green color for the gutters did not go well/ I didnt like the color/ contractor didnt like the color of green the gutters came in. Since he contracted the gutter installation company, all my payments went to my contractor and he paid the subcontractor. The work crew was very courteous as well. The owner of the construction company, RJ was very personable and I deemed him to be honest and his price for the job was reasonable as well. They are opening an office here in Trenton which makes it very convenient to make an appointment or to stop by and discuss matters in a timely fashion. Payments for our home repairs were done in installments at different completion stages, this way we knew the job would be completed. Weve heard many stories of contractors skipping out when paid in full upfront before the work has even begun or partially done; that was reassuring. He built an addition to our neighbors home and it was great inside and out, couldn’t tell it was an addition.I felt like I had a new home, its gorgeous!

    Exceptional construction company with an owner who works hard, has integrity and is reliable! I contacted EXL for a small job of building a covered patio for my barndominium. It was not exactly building a house that will yield large profits for other contractors but RJ, the owner, personally came out to give me a quote for the project and he treated me as well as if I was having him build a whole house. Once we agreed on the contract, the work started right away and the entire time, RJ communicated with me closely and came out on the days when works were being done to ensure the works were correct and that I was happy with the results. Well, the results were they built me a beautiful covered patio that I thoroughly enjoy! Whether youre building a home from ground up, renovating your current home or other big or small construction projects, give EXL a call and they will treat you fairly, with respect and their prices are more than reasonable!

    Exl came by my house and built my family an addition. Everything went very smooth, the guys were professional and polite. There was communication on every step of the way until our addition was complete. Definitely recommend for any home project and will be calling them again in the near future for our upgrades!
