Empire has been amazing during the building process. Yvonne and Brittany have been extremely helpful with our new home build process. Whenever we had a question or needed guidance they have been there for me and my wife. The quality of the home build process has been absolutely amazing. Both Brittany and Yvonne have provided us regular updates during the build process. They also have listened to our feedback and found solutions for anything that came up.

Working with Yvonne and Edward made the process of building the house one of the easiest and greatest experiences. Every step of the way they both kept us up to date, addressed any issues we had and was patient when we asked the same question a million times. If there were any changes that needed to take place Edward made sure he was there to address them and explain to us what it is and why. Yvonne was a blessing and an awesome sales representative for Empire. She always talked to us as if we were the only clients she had closing on a home which is exactly what you want representing you. I will always recommend the both of them to any and everyone.

The moment we walked in Yvonne was so pleasant so caring and offered all services that empire had to give. She made sure that all of our questions were answered and service was delivered. She held our hand throughout the entire process and explained each step that we would be approaching which made things a lot easier and calming for us. Yvonne has been an amazing professional sales consultant from the 1st day we walked into their office in March. She is very knowledgeable an out the homes Empire Communities is offering in Everly Estates. Yvonne is very personal and makes you feel welcome just like old friends whenever we speak or see her in person. She is always available to answer any questions we have had about the property.Jeremy the construction manager very friendly and professional even though they have not started on our home yet Jeremy has returned our calls when we have had questions about the property and advise us to contact him anytime we have any questions because his main goal is making sure are home is builded according to plans and that we are satisfied with the outcome.We are looking forward to getting our dream home started and moving to Every Estates.

We have been working with Yvonne and Jeremy over the past 6 months, to build our forever home. As one of the first buyers in the new community, there was some evident growing pains. Yvonne has done well to try and get it all sorted out, while the design team and builder worked on getting in lock step. Yvonne did well to relay to us what to expect, as the model home was not available to preview. She has also made herself available 24/7 via phone call, text and email to answer any questions or concerns we have had thus far. Jeremy has done well to update us on the build process. Spent half a day going over the building plans, to include the exterior features. Currently the foundation has been poured and plumbing is being roughed in. Will provide an additional review once home is complete and we have fully moved in!

We began our search for a new home last fall. Fortunately on Facebook, I found information about Empire homes. We were:•impressed by the architecture and the floor plans,•pleasantly surprised by the price, and •elated about the caliber of homes under construction in Everly Estates on the far Eastside of town in San Antonio.Yvonne Perez, our sales counselor, is very personable, professional and accessible. She answers questions and provides information requested as quickly as possible. Jeremy, our contraction manager, is professional, accessible, and knowledgeable. He has been very helpful throughout the construction process. It has been a pleasure to work with Yvonne and Jeremy.We are very excited about our new home slated for complication in July.

From the beginning, Yvonne and Jeremy have been amazing. Since day one, she and the Empire team have gone above and beyond in helping our military family find our retirement home from afar. Without being local, this process could have been very discouraging and frustrating. However, with her help, this process was smooth, and Yvonne has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has answered every question and done so many things to ensure we were taken care of. For example, there was a design center meeting we could not attend, and she FaceTime from one computer while sending close up pictures from her cell phone to ensure we were 100% happy with all selections. Without a reasonable doubt, she has answered the thousands of worried texts and phone calls without hesitation and returned all calls or gotten back to us with information when research was needed. I could not have been happier working with anyone else. I thank her and the Everly Estates team for assisting and making our dreams come true!-Stubbs fam!

I wanted to see their model home. I loved the open space set for the kitchen and living room area. It was a two story house with about close to 3000 sq ft (if I recall correctly). Located downstairs was a guest bedroom that had its own bathroom, two bedrooms across the way that shared a bathroom, master bedroom that had a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom, upstairs was another bedroom with its own bathroom, game room and a formal family room. It was a great design.
