Outstanding service from Kia. He did a full foundation inspection, including scrutinizing a crack I was worrying about. After it was done, he said it was within tolerances and to keep an eye on it, but at the moment it was cosmetic and not an issue. Now I have a go-to foundation inspection company and I highly recommend Emarat for anyone who is worried about their foundation.

In the grand scheme of things, my project was small, my problem not that big. But to me, it was hugely important. Amin realized this and took the time to help me with an issue regarding the concrete slab on my retirement home. He didnt do it for the money. It was small potatoes and he could have sent me to a smaller competitor or simply not taken my call. But he loves what he does, he does it well and I believe he genuinely likes helping people. Amin of Emarat Corporation really came through and delivered as promised. He did the structural drawings for our 1923 Hyde Park bungalow remodel/addition. A very complicated antique balloon framed house that might have been more complicated than he anticipated. However, Amin stuck to the price and time frame, and I had my set of sealed plans very quickly. He is very easy to work with and delivers a professional product as promised.
