We absolutely love living in Edgewater! Stylecraft takes great care of us and are very responsive to our requests. They are small lots, but the houses are cute. They do very similar landscaping, but the beauty of it is the ability to make your house stand out with your own plants, landscaping, and decorations. -

A nicely priced middle class neighborhood with some diversity. People share experiences in their own facebook group and communicate together. The houses are well built and as time goes by the trees in every front yard will make the area look like a park. As soon as the City gets its act together a large park will be built on one side of the property as well. -

Nice neighborhood, lacks trees, houses are not cookie-cutter but the lack of front lawn features makes them all seem to run together -
