We closed on our home with Shaddock in the Edgewater community of Fate, TX, last Wednesday. Overall, the process has been very seamless from the start. With our agent, we worked directly with Bryan in the sales office, who secured us a beautiful speck home that we closed on within 30 days. Despite being a speck home, the finishes are well picked out and make for a beautiful home that, if I had gone to the design studio myself, would have made very few changes. Bryan was very responsive throughout the sales process with any questions I had.As we got closer to closing, I met with Brandon Kennedy for our walk-through; he has been fantastic to work with since, even after closing! Not only did Brandon take the time to educate me on the home before closing, he listened to any of my concerns and addressed them in a timely fashion. While any builder has the red tape you must go through after closing, such as the warranty department, Brandon still takes the time to listen to the customer and do what is within his control. Brandon truly cares about the customer and takes pride, which is difficult to come by these days. While relocating from Denver, I was informed the City had shut off my water only days after closing. Brandon went above and beyond to help me get it turned back on while out of state. I couldnt be more grateful for his help!Thanks to Bryan and Brandon I have been quite impressed with Shaddock thus far! I look forward to getting settled and meeting more great neighbors in the community!

Ryan, Matt, Lexy & Bradley are simply very good at what they do. Building a home may come with challenges but I must say the Shaddock team at the Edgewater community in Fate, TX proved to be exceptionally competent, professional and super friendly. We are so in love with our new build. Thanks a million to Shaddock Homes and the team at Edgewater, Fate.
