This is the second home I have helped a client buy from this homebuilder in this community. Love the creative floor plans and quality construction. For VA loan buyers, the home comes with a 1 year termite protection plan that renders the WDI Report not needed by the lender!!! A nice little perk! Their team is responsive and communicative on each step of the process. Love the construction Manager too!!!!! Thank you Missi for helping my clients enjoy the home buying process!!!

Sales rep there was approachable and helped my clients and I walk through some of their inventory homes, even on a day where weather was far from perfect. Century builds very affordable homes here and offering great incentives.
