From floor plan selection, through custom design and closing, we have been thoroughly impressed with Garrett, the Pacesetter team, and the quality of our new home. I highly recommend both Pacesetter homes and Garrett. Garretts communication, knowledge, and integrity made the entire process extremely gratifying. We cleared the inevitable hurdles that come in a process like this, and Garrett was there every step of the way. We also appreciated the foreman, Anthony. He was knowledgeable, timely, and runs a tight ship. Garrett and Anthony are enjoyable, trustworthy humans and we couldnt be happier with our new home! -
