First, I want to start by saying—if you’re considering buying your home with this builder, just do it! My husband and I had been looking into buying a home for a few years, on and off. Once we decided it was the right time, we toured countless builders and communities. I can confidently say that this builder is unmatched! They pay attention to all the little details and perks that make your home feel both luxurious and like a solid investment.Joey made our first-time home-buying experience not only easy but also enjoyable. He truly takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and understands your overall goals. Unlike any other builder we visited, Joey actually asked about our long-term plans for the property and helped guide us toward achieving them.If you want to work with someone who makes you feel like family, ask for Joey—you won’t be disappointed.
