We were introduced to David and DSM Construction back in 2019 when we were scrambling to find an honest and reliable contractor to replace, sand and stain the continuous hardwood floors in our home after discovering a water leak in the kitchen.After meeting a few contractors, we hired David and that was easily one of the best decisions we’ve made when it comes to our home. He earned our trust and gratitude on that initial job and we have used him exclusively for all our subsequent home improvement projects.Fast forward nearly 6 years and DSM Construction has updated our Kitchen, Bar, Bathrooms (master, kids, and guest), and built a beautiful Game Room Addition above our three-car garage.David has assembled a loyal crew and team of subcontractors who do exceptional work in their respective trades. When small issues have popped up, David and his teams have always taken ownership and rectified them which is the mark of true professionals focused on client satisfaction.As far as pricing goes, I focus heavily on value and have found DSM Construction’s pricing to be extremely fair and competitive. In the instances when we’ve expanded the scope of our projects, David is always up-front about additional costs so that there aren’t any surprises at the conclusion of our projects.David and DSM Construction have been a wonderful partner to us on our home improvement journey and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.

We were first introduced to David and DSM Construction through our interior design company, Tara Lenney Design, in 2024 while remodeling our kitchen and laundry/utility room. Communication from Davids team was excellent throughout the project. Everyone showed up on schedule and provided a consistently high level of workmanship and finish. Our project was completed on time and on budget, with minimal downtime. David was very responsive to the one issue we had with a paint color and came up with the perfect solution. We were extremely satisfied with the finished project.Subsequently we asked David to remodel our guest bathroom and bedroom with equally good results. We have no reservations in recommending DSM Construction to others.

About 20 years ago, we had a bathroom remodel job that was a disappointing experience from start to finish.When it came time to remodel our kitchen, we were determined to do everything right.We found David Marcus and DSM Construction from the Better Business Bureau of Dallas website. From the first phone call, he has was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.The timelines and costs were spot on. He made great efforts to schedule subcontractors so that there were minimal disruptions with water, electricity, and such.All of the subcontractors were professional and extremely skilled. Each group arrived when scheduled and took great pains to clean up before and after their tasks were completed.Everything was executed at the highest quality. David has a great eye for what looks good, what works, as well as how to take our ideas and transform them into something better.He was pivotal in the successful outcomes on all of our remodeling projects (3 total: 1 kitchen and now 2 bathrooms). He saw possibilities that we hadnt considered; ideas such as: vaulting our kitchen (which turned out beautifully); and adding pocket doors in our primary bathroom (which made walking around easier at night).I believe his skill and talents are the reasons why he has won, and will continue to win, awards for his work.In terms of cost; you can find someone less expensive, but with David, you are getting something more than a contractor. You are getting a designer, architect, and builder all in one.You are getting someone that can take your ideas and realize them into something greater than what you could imagine.

David and his team did a extensive remodel for us. He kept us on budget and on time. His work is top notch and beautiful. More importantly he was honest, and gave us great advice when we had to make design or decisions, treating our property like he would his own. We are absolutely enjoying our new space, best decision to remodel with DSM.
