When our house was hit by lightning in June 2021, DSH Homes walked us through the process of rebuilding our home. Derek (owner) and his entire staff was very professional and supportive throughout the process. Our house is beautiful, well designed, and built with high-quality standards. We are truly blessed by DSH Homes and their care for our family during such a difficult and challenging time! Next time I build a home, DSH is without a doubt, going to build it for us.

DSH built our custom home for us this past year. We enjoyed working with Kyle and Derek throughout the entire process. Both of them are very knowledgeable. The communication was great and we love our new home! Building is the way to go! Highly recommend!

They did my large outbuilding/garage (with siding, brick front, spray foam, drywall, and patio) and its been a solid build that looks great. They were very responsive to questions and concerns and quickly addressed any unexpected issues that arose as the build proceeded. Overall, a good builder that was very easy to work with.

He builds cost effectively if you on a tight budget. Derek stays on top of the latest energy efficient, state of the art features and upscale products for my home building choices. DSH Homes has built 38 homes for me over 14 years. I am pleased with all of them.
