The best choice I have ever made when it comes to buying a home is buying from DoubleRock Homes. Darrell, Kellie and the whole DoubleRock Team treat you like family and never give less than 100%. Their homes are top notch in quality and individually unique. Their finishing touches are show stopping but the materials used within the home speaks volumes for your home when it comes to saving on utilities and long term durability. If you’re looking to move to one of the many cities they build in, Don’t hesitate, don’t wait, matter fact don’t even shop any further than DoubleRock Homes!

Darrell, the owner of Doublerock homes is so much more then that title. He is a man of God first, then a husband, father and a man of his word. I know the things above are true because I have seen him be all of them when he thought no one was looking. If you noticed I havent said anything about our home yet because the process starts with the person at the top. A few things to know when buying from Doublerock. They are not the cheapest builders or highest per sq foot builders around. They are a little higher then your standard builder grade homes and should be because of all the extras that they do to make your home better then the cookie cutter houses you buy from big corporate America 🇺🇸. Their homes are not 100% better then other builders at their price point however they do have 100 things that are 1% better.I am now two and a half years into owing my home and lets be honest we have had our fair share of issues but every single time I put in a service request I was called back and the problems were taken care of in a timely manner. We all expect things should be as close to perfect as possible. However what I found out, not everything was perfect but I did found out its more important to have a builder that will stand behind their product.I hope this review will help you make a decision about who to choose as a builder. If nothing else come down to our little town of Godley Texas, have lunch and open the front door at Doublerock homes and have a look for yourself. Darrell and his Family/Team are top notch! They are in the business of building memories, beautiful homes and a product that is with a doubt the best! They are energy efficient, technologically advanced and outstanding quality at a great price! I was in construction for a time and the extra detail that goes into their homes are magnificent! 100% no short cuts! I have several friends in different trades that I took out to the house during the build, they often said Ive never seen another builder put in this extra effort/touch at similar price points i.e foundation, framing, decor, HVAC, electrical, etc.This was our first custom house to build. It goes with out saying that all future builds will go through DoubleRock Homes. They create a relationship with their clients that is focused on an incredible experience, customer service, integrity and ultimately your dream. Plus, everything was on schedule. Darrell, Jamie, and Trenton, were all great to work with. They built a solid home for a competitive price. Stood by their work and made sure things were right. Thanks for the build! I met with 20+ builders From Fort Worth to San Antonio!! before I chose Darrell and his team to build my house.

Can’t say enough good things about Tiffany! She has answered all our questions and kept us very well informed!! The details of this builder are so unique. We are very excited to have our Double Rock home built and live happily ever after! ☺️
