I am SO Happy that I chose Victor and his team to do some work I needed around my home. They remodeled my staircase and it looks awesome. They also stripped a bathroom down to the bones and completely renovated it for me. I needed to have a walk-in shower and make it handicapped accessible for my mother. Not only is it highly functional but aesthetically pleasing.Every person on the crew was very professional and pleasant to work with. As a result of my experience, I plan on using Victor’s company for additional remodeling needs.

I had an excellent experience with Dewald LLC from start to finish. They did a complete kitchen remodel, and I could not be happier with the results. Everyone who worked on the project was timely and respectful. The space was left clean after each day, and the project manager kept me updated every step of the way. After doing extensive research, a kitchen remodel proved to be one of the most stressful updates to a home, and I was a bit apprehensive about getting started. I wish I would have known how smooth Dewald LLC would make the whole process beforehand. If you are on the fence about who to trust with your home know that you are in good hands with this company.

My entire experience with DeWald was great! They fully remodeled my kitchen and master bath. It was my first time to go through something like this so I wasn’t real sure what to expect about the process, but everything moved along well. The remodel was extensive as demolition took it all the way down to the studs. My home was built in 1960 so naturally they came across a lot of questionable electrical and bad plumbing lines within the walls. All of the issues that came up they were able to tackle. My favorite part of the remodel are the custom cabinets I had them do in both the kitchen and bath. They really set it all off. The project manager, Rick, was so considerate and responsive. I really appreciated that they were always there when they said they would be. Victor was also always available for any questions I had and anything I needed. The project was fairly large but it took just over 6 weeks from start to finish. They are a experienced, accommodating and respectful group of guys.

I would like to commend DeWald for their professionalism, courtesy, as well as their efficiency! After waiting on Serv-pro what seemed like forever, DeWald took over after Serv-Pro was terminated. DeWald came in like gang busters and got the job done at a pace much quicker. Seeing how much progress DeWald came in and done in a short amount of time, helped relieve my anxiety I had from Serv-Pros inability to get the job done. We are so grateful to have our house back and the results are BEAUTIFUL!! Since time means money, it was nice to see a company perform as they advertise.Thank you to All of the DeWald staff that worked si diligently to gets back into our home. We had a major kitchen remodel done and our new kitchen looks amazing! We absolutely love it! Victor and his crew were great and very easy to work with. They understand that this is your living space and never pressured us to make changes that we didnt want or sell us things that we didnt need. They also made sure that the area was cleaned up before they left for the day so we werent stepping over debris or having to move things to get around. There were a couple of things I wanted added after they finished an area and they did it without hesitation or making you feel like you were inconveniencing them. Rearranging our daily routine and not having a kitchen for 6 weeks sucked quite a bit, but it was pretty cool to come home and see the progress they were making each day and in the end it was well worth it. I will definitely use DeWald again for my other home renovation projects.

Victor worked with us on a complete bathroom remodel. We had ideas on what we wanted and incorporated several of Victors suggestions to end up with a remodel that we are proud of. He gave us an itemized bid and went over each item with us regarding any changes we made so we didnt have any surprises on costs. Since I work from my home I saw each step of the remodel and I know he did the highest, most professional work possible. Besides being courteous and prompt, Victor is a really nice person. I can not say enough good things about Victor and his crew. I contacted him solely on the outstanding reviews on his website and he did not disappoint! I wanted a shower remodel for my elderly mother and his office manager Nick came out to access the project. I was concerned about the cost as she is on a very tight, fixed budget. Not only did they give me a fair cost for the project, but as issues came up along the way as they always do with construction, Victor did his best to correct these issues with quality and cost in the forefront of his mind. This is only the beginning of the ongoing relationship with I have established with Victor and his crew.I have called on Victor numerous times since the beginning of this project to help me with issues in moms home. She fell a few weeks back and broke her hip and now we have had the stress of attending to her through hospital, surgery, rehab and now home health care. I have had to call Victor for another plumbing issue, a separate roof issue and an electrical issue. The first plumbing issue was a faucet that I could not get turned off. I frantically texted Victor at 9p at night with my problem. He told me that he would come personally early the next morning to fix it and he did! We have also had ongoing roof issues (with a flat roof) that Victor has had his roofer come and look at and we are waiting for a bid on that. We lost electricity in the bathroom and master bedroom after mom came home from the hospital and Victor would not rest until it was taken care of. I have called Victor my hero a couple of times and I meant it!Sorry for the long winded review, but I am so impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this young man and his company. You can rest assured that when we need work done in the future, Victor Delwald and his crew are the ONLY ones we intend to contact. We couldnt be any happier with his work. Hes one of the good ones. Bonus----hes about as nice as they come also! Thank you over and over, Victor. Youre my hero!

Let me just start out by saying Victor is the most patient and professional contractor weve had in our home bar none. Me and my wife didnt exactly have a set plan as far as how we wanted our bathroom remodeled and designed. One thing was for sure what I wanted was different from what my wife wanted. Victor took the time to go over all of our options and patiently set by while me and my wife came to a mutual agreement to the design of our bathroom. What easily could have turned into another nerve racking remodel turned into the best experience Ive had thus far with remodeling my home. We recently moved into an existing house in the Greenways and decided to do an extensive bathroom remodel. It consisted of replacing a whirlpool tub with a shower and toilet, moving the vanity over, texturing and painting the walls, replacing doors and adding floor tile. The remodel ended up requiring a huge amount of unexpected plumbing work. Instead of using the person that gave us an outrageous quote, Victor consulted with another plumber and made the changes for a fraction of the price saving us a lot of money. Victor was not only great to work with but seemed to genuinely care about the cost and quality of the work being done. He has done several other projects for us since then. We will definitely continue to use him and recommend him to others.
