My wife and I are currently having a home built by Pulte. So far so good. We also choose to finance through Pulte mortgage. They gave us a great mortgage rate, and plenty of incentives towards the purchase. The house is really coming together quickly! There were a few bumps due to material shortages... But Pulte made upgraded changes on our behalf, and spared any extra costs so that our home would still remain on schedule. I dont know too many home builders that will do that. -
