After looking for 3 years at all the builders in Alvin we went with Devon Street Homes in Kendall Lakes the 1st day we spoke to Mike. They have so much more to offer that all the other builder charged extra for or didnt offer at all.BEST home buying and building experience ever! Mike and Richard did great dealing with our 100s of questions and concerns. We never felt like we were a burdon and thats saying a lot since we went out there from start to finish several times. My husband went out at least 5 times a week myself maybe once a week. LOL... We moved into our home on November 1st, 2019 and months later we still call Mike and Richard for any random questions we have and they always help us.We also went with their Financial people they gave the better deal than the one our real estate person suggested. Our realtor was a little disappointing and so we would just go straight to Mike or Richard for everything. I suggest not getting a relator cause Mike and Richard will tell you how things are so no real point in getting someone else involved.

Awesome homes...awesome staff! Mike went above and beyond.We were screwed by our previous builder(Saratoga, same development). Devon Street Homes literally came to the rescue. While our previous builder pushed our closing week after week after week Devon Street Homes(Mike Adams) said hed have a house ready to move in by the end of September, we closed 10/02/2019. We had only a month from the day we signed up until closing yet we were able to still purchase some upgrades, no problem with Devon Street.Whether you go with Devon Streets bank or bring your own financing...everything went as smooth as youd hope.Thanks to Mike and Richard we got what we needed and wanted.I/we love our house and definitely recommend Devon Street Homes.
