My husband, Larry and I would highly recommend Joey for your home buying experience as he went above and beyond to make our whole process of buying in the Delaware Springs addition an easy and wonderful experience. He continually answers our questions with professionalism and a kind mannerism. Garrett has been an extra delight as well in making sure all my questions and needs of the home have been taking care of in a professional and timely manner. These two young men go above and beyond and it has been our pleasure through this whole adventure. I can’t say enough wonderful and kind things about the home buying experience with Joey. He took us to multiple houses, sometimes the same one multiple times, was very thorough and never once seemed bothered or annoyed. After buying with Joey, I’m not sure why people say “buying a house is so stressful”. The only stressful part was moving, ha. Garrett was also very kind, patient, helpful and professional. Even after closing and moving in, he has come by to help us with any questions we’ve had. Joey also has checked in with us after closing and moving in as well. Both of them are an asset to DR Horton. I would highly recommend buying a house with these guys on your team.

We had a wonderful experience with Joey and Garrett!!!Joey was very responsive during the sales process. We closed in 3 weeks from start to finish. Garrett was sure to get everything done in time so the closing could take place on the date we requested.Both have continued to support us with answering questions even after our closing!
