From start to finish, and still helping us, Miss Rosario and the warranty team has been an amazing help. Care free/definitive homes you guys are amazing! Maybe in the future my 3rd home will also be carefree/definitive

I had been working with some first time home buyers who were undecided on whether they wanted to buy a new or resale home. After showing them a few other builders I took them to Aviator trails subdivision to view a Definitive home with Mr. Alec York. He was great! He was by far the most knowledgeable Rep my clients and I had dealt with during our search period. He answered all of their questions and was the deciding factor on them choosing a new construction home, by going above and beyond their expectations! I will definately be taking more clients back to visit him and Definitive homes in the future!

Theres no doubt that this Carefree Homes Design Center has many varieties of so many different designs and colors to choose from. Jennifer R was so patient with us and helped us with coordinating even when we had questions. I cant wait until our home is finished. Thanks Design Center...yall rock!
