This community is very affordable, great opportunity for first time buyers that are looking for something new and innovative. The only thing I think the HOA is a little bit more expensive than usually since there is no amenities. Overall great starting point for first time buyers. Call me if youβre interested in buying your first home. -

My one-year warranty just expired and before it expired, Centex did a great job contacting me a head of time and started the process of a walk through to see what work needed to be done.Cory, Carla, and the vendors did a fantastic job with this task. Definitely bragging about them and their efforts. -

Everything was smooth with closing. Construction quality is great. I have few minor repairs needs to be done like crack in the sink and drawer of the oven. -
