We’ve lived in our home for a couple of months now & I can honestly say we’re extremely happy. We love our home! The workmanship (and process to buy) far exceeds many other builders out there—which my family greatly appreciates.Thank you to the rep Carlos Ramirez, who without hesitation, showed us what was available. Once we settled on a home they kept great communication with our realtor which made the entire process much less stressful!Joe, warranty manager, was extremely thorough during the final walk through and answered all of our questions. Even now, that we live here, he attends to any of our needs and concerns immediately.Overall, I would recommend Cullers Homes time and time again!

We searched every corner of El Paso and thoroughly researched every credible builder in the 915. We found that Cullers had the trusted industry reputation, quality and biggest bang for your buck that we were seeking. We considered a few floor plans and had no less than 17 billion questions. Our builder representative, Jake P. Not only answered all of our questions he did so with kindness and with unmatched care. We were buying out of state (due to our military move) and had Jake run to properties for us. To say he went above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. I’d ask him generic and niche questions, as early as 4 AM and as late as 11 PM, Jake was on it. We were sold on Cullers before hand but knowing they hire folks of his caliber solidified that decision.We LOVE our home. We couldn’t be happier with the high ceilings, spray foam insulation, tankless water heater and the garage that’s insulated which helps so much for our home gym. My electric bill didn’t exceed 175 dollars all summer due to the high end items Cullers includes as a standard for all floor plans such as the spray foam insulation and Pella Windows. It saves you so much money in the long run.During the walk through Cullers and their team couldn’t be any better. They replaced a beam that I found a blemish on. There was a scratch on the refrigerator, they replaced the whole thing. Just top notch service from beginning to end. We are thrilled we didn’t chose any other builder as Jake and the rest of Cullers earned our forever trust.

Cullers homes have the best quality homes in El Paso! Their attention to details and quality of home that they build is simply amazing. They will go through the process of how the home is build and also show you the materials that are used so that you can be an educated buyer. in the Buyers orientation they also explain functions of your new home and give you tips on how to ensure your home stays at top notch performance. I would definitely recommend.

Of all the homes I’ve ever bought… Cullers is the only builder that ever impressed me. If you’re deciding to go with a cheaper builder vs Cullers, and you know you’re going to live in this home for a while… trust me, you’ll get what you pay for. 365 days a year my house is so well insulated that you can’t tell if it’s summer or winter outside. Tall 12 foot ceilings, upgraded everything throughout the house. Everyone compliments about how beautiful the house is. Before I closed on the house, the inspector said he probably wouldn’t find much wrong. I watched one of Culler’s supervisors walk up to the inspector and tell him whatever he found, they’d fix immediately. I’ve even had realtors over to the house and they immediately say “this must be a Cullers home, Cullers is my favorite!” I can’t imagine a better builder in El Paso… I love this house.

I had a roof and ceiling leak occur barely two years after the roof warranty. I reached out to them and give him my concerns directly and they were flexible enough to still repair it even though it was barely passed the warranty. I appreciate the support they have given us in making sure our home experience has been great and going the extra mile.

Just purchased a Cullers Home. We were allowed to come and check the progress for the whole build process. When we sat down to ask if the home could be modified to our needs as to what we were looking for, and to my surprise was told its not a big deal that can be done. Our realtor showed us a couple of inframe houses around the area and was very impressed with the build quality. After looking at many houses and builders we decided to go ahead with Cullers and couldnt be happier. Even added some custom features that we didnt notice until they were pointed out and were blown away. Would definitely do business with again again. Highly recommended, professional service, and was available to answer any questions we had through the process.
